We have recently completed the surveying for Stage 7 of Coral Gardens Estate. Stage 7 sees the completion of this residential estate and the release of the final 23 lots. The completed estate consists of 131 home sites.
Our first involvement with Coral Gardens was in 1997 when we completed a detail and level survey to enable the engineering design of the road, stormwater and sewer infrastructure. Stage 1 was released in 2004.
We have undertaken the following surveys on all of the 7 stages:
- detail and level surveys;
- construction set out surveys;
- as-constructed surveys;
- lot design and calculations;
- boundary pegging and survey plan preparation;
- advice on covenant, easements and titling.
