Tight construction and budget timeframes meant that the re-development of an iconic tourist attraction needed all of its relevant approvals as soon as possible. Insite SJC was tasked to obtain all the necessary approvals within short timeframes to ensure the project could proceed.
The Solution
Insite SJC met with all of the relevant stakeholders and developed a plan to fast-track the necessary approvals to meet the client’s tight timeframes. What was supposed to take 6 – 8 months, was now a possibility in less than 4 months, thanks to extra assistance of Bundaberg Regional Council and the planning team.
