Shane has an excellent ability to identify and negotiate project solutions that are acceptable to all parties. Familiarity with the practices of local government, State agencies and the bureaucratic framework they operate within gives all clients, government and private, a valuable head start for their projects.
Shane joined our planning team in early 2014 after successfully developing his career at the local and state tiers of government in NSW and QLD. Shane is proficient at interrogating the plethora of legislation guiding the development industry including coastal, vegetation and land use planning policies to achieve a timely, cost-effective outcome for the client. A decade of previous experience in the construction industry ensures that projects solutions are pragmatic.
